This is for actors looking for a new or fresh perspective on their work on camera.
In this one day workshop, you’ll be paired with another actor and assigned a scene from a contemporary play or screenplay designed to challenge and expand you both. You are expected to arrive off book, rehearsed, and ready to work.
The focus will be on making your work more deeply personal, adding depth to the story and the character, and hopefully understanding yourself and your acting more deeply in the process.
Personalized:
Michael personally assigns each student a script tailored to their experience, interests, and goals.
Professional:
Actors should come to class prepared, with their scene off-book and ready to take direction.
Measurable:
All work is recorded and uploaded to a private folder, allowing you to track your progress over time.
